Édouard-Léon Scott

I just realized that writing blog is a good way of keeping track of my research.

Édouard-Léon Scott invented the earliest sound recording device called Phonautograph. This is “A claire de la lune” from his 1860 recording.

The recording was evoked by the work of two researchers: David Giovannoni and Patrick Feaster.
